and oh the whole management training is so exciting its not funny anymore.

Chanced upon this song at aunt linda's place this afternoon, when we decided to drop by to say HAPPY 2010.

It was on repeat mode on her player and its stuck in my mind ever since.... You know you are maturing when you enjoy such songs. This love song is a perfect way to start my 2010 :)

If I were to have the kitchen my way, I would have a baking corner.

I am going to squeeze my boss to get my leave approved....
and when its done...

I will get 150 crinkle cookies and many happy cinnamon rolls done over the weekend :)

OH PURE JOY. I cant happy but smile :)

Because : 

1. It marks the end of my 9 month minutes writing toil and hard work of coordinating venues and sending chasers... (can anyone see how non-administratively talented i am pls.....)
2. Its a glittery gold, shimmery silver, radiant red, glowing green and colourful night (except for all you ppl who think black is a universal colour)
3. We were rocking to Christmas Carols
4. The 1st dish parade was quite special and cute :) -the first I have seen
5. I had good conversation(s) and caught up with a person I used to talk heaps to but no longer becos we got busy.....
6. The food was not too bad
7. We had good laughs around the table and all over the ballroom
8. The canon is particularly funny and his translators were funnier :D
9. It was funny how the waiting staff cant tell water and sprite (but its really not funny drinking diluted sprite)
10. Kenneth dances really well, Uncle Roger magically transformed the ballroom into an indoor botanical garden, and Ethan looks completely forced to hold flowers :), kids were singing "Tong Hua" which means fairytale but its a really really sad love song, and SJC really has a lot of talent yo!

I was expecting more... but i dont really know what I was expecting.

Fake accent or otherwise, good singing or otherwise, wrong notes or perfection, technical gliches, lousy video all these are much less compared to the soaring talents, great big smiles and accomplishments.

THese kids have come a long way.... some are beneficiaries of SPMF, some arent, but 1 thing no one can deny - the number of hours put in just for a 5 min act. Further more, their accomplishments signify their dedication, passion to their cause. I am really really proud of them.

And Resort World Sentosa is pretty smart to have allowed their half done location to be used for a performance like this.

Now that I have driven past so many ridiculously happy looking faces of their staff, they have got me wanting to go back for more...

Now this is ridiculous :)

Hello Universal Studios Singapore - I am coming... when u are ready.

2010 awaits a challenging time.
Very superficially, I hope I dont emerge from the tunnel sounding like I am a 40 year old trapped in a body of a 25 year old. That would be sad - truly.

Pardon the sadness, I am actually darn excited about it. And I am feeling slightly accomplished. HA!

Life is a major transit hall. People just sitting around waiting till they go somewhere different.
Where are you headed towards? and wherever that is, make it count.

I have outstayed my peers and am waiting for my next destination. It will come - I just have a decide on it.

i am going to korea, i am sho excited :) its like as if i have never travelled. decked with tania's pink surprise and ben's pink surprise i am all set to holiday korea...

oh and you know, these days all i need (really) is someone who would ask if i need any prayer request or anything at all. Thank U Maggie :)
its like, finally i matter. Its no longer " hi jiamin, how is your mum?" " hi jiamin, when will your brother be back is he doing ok?" Its like a sudden realisation that I exist in the equation of all things.

sometimes i just have the urge to say "yes they are fine. I AM NOT." and really watch their astonised face.
